1. Product Overview

DOWSIL™ TC-4025 Dispensable Thermal Pad is a two-part, thermally conductive silicone-based material designed to be used as a printable or dispensable pad for thermal management applications. It serves as a gap filler, offering excellent thermal performance while being reworkable, soft, and shock-dampening. This material can be applied through automated dispensing, stencil printing, or screen printing and provides a lower cost of ownership compared to traditional fabricated pads. It cures at room temperature or can be heat-accelerated for faster processing.
