1. Product Overview

DOWSIL™ TC-4083 Dispensable Thermal Pad is a two-part, 1:1 mix ratio, thermally conductive material designed for use as a gap filler or thermal interface material. It provides excellent thermal performance, stress relief, and shock dampening. The material can be dispensed or printed through various manual or automated processes, offering a lower cost of ownership compared to traditional fabricated thermal pads. It cures at room temperature or can be heat-cured for faster processing, with a usable temperature range from -45°C to 200°C.
