Product Description

Plexus® AO420 / MA420 is a two-part methacrylate adhesive designed for structural bonding of thermoplastics, metals, and composite assemblies. It is a rapid-curing system combined at a 10:1 ratio. MA420 is widely used in the transportation industry, as it requires virtually no surface preparation while providing excellent fatigue endurance, impact resistance, and superior toughness.

This adhesive is available in Amber, Blue, and Black and is supplied in ready-to-use cartridges, pails, or drums. It dispenses as a non-sagging gel for easy application.
