Product Overview
SYLGARD™ 160 Silicone Elastomer is a two-part, 1:1 mix, dark gray encapsulant designed for general-purpose potting applications. It offers good flowability, moderate thermal conductivity, and flame resistance, making it suitable for protecting electronic components. The elastomer cures at room temperature or can be heat-accelerated for faster processing. It is composed of polydimethylsiloxane and is recognized under UL 94 V-0 for its flame-retardant properties.
