Product Description

Plexus® MA530 is a two-part methacrylate adhesive designed for structural bonding of thermoplastics, metals, and composite assemblies. It is formulated with a 1:1 mix ratio and has a working time of 30 to 40 minutes, reaching 500 psi in 90 to 110 minutes and 1000 psi in 150 to 160 minutes at 74°F (23°C).

This product is specifically designed for large structures where moderate open time is required. It provides a unique combination of excellent fatigue endurance, outstanding impact resistance, and superior toughness.

MA530 is gray when mixed and is supplied in ready-to-use cartridges, pails, or drums. It dispenses as a non-sagging gel.
