Product Description:

Plexus® MA2090 is a two-part methacrylate adhesive designed for structural bonding of composite, thermoplastic, and metal assemblies. Formulated to prevent sagging and sliding, it can be applied on vertical surfaces. The adhesive does not boil in gaps up to 1.5 inches thick.

With a 10:1 mix ratio, MA2090 has a working time of 90 – 95 minutes at 75°F (23.9°C) and achieves 500 psi in 170 – 175 minutes and 1000 psi in approximately 24 hours at 75°F (23.9°C). Like other Plexus methacrylate systems, MA2090 requires little-to-no surface preparation and provides excellent fatigue endurance, impact resistance, and superior toughness.

MA2090 is blue-pigmented and supplied in ready-to-use cartridges, pails, or drums. It dispenses as a non-sagging gel.
