Shelf Life: 10 months for Part A (Adhesive) and 7 months for Part B (Activator)

Product Description

Plexus® MA2030 is a two-part methacrylate adhesive designed for structural bonding of thermoplastics, metals, and composites. It is formulated with a 10:1 mix ratio, a working time of 30 to 32 minutes, and achieves 500 psi in 82-85 minutes at 75°F (23.9°C).

This adhesive is UV-resistant and yellowing-resistant, making it ideal for applications requiring color stability. It provides high strength, excellent fatigue endurance, and superior toughness.

MA2030 is off-white when mixed and is supplied in ready-to-use cartridges. It dispenses as a non-sagging gel.

Key Features

  • UV and Yellowing Resistance: Designed for long-term color stability.
