DOWSIL™ TC-4551 CV is a 5.2 W/m·K thermally conductive silicone gap filler designed for efficient heat dissipation in electronic modules. It is a two-part material that cures at room temperature or can be heat-accelerated. The cured material is soft, compressible, and stable under temperature cycling up to 150°C. It offers low volatility, excellent thermal conductivity, and UL 94 V-0 flammability rating.
