DOWSIL™ TC-4060 GB250 is a two-part, high-performance silicone-based thermal gel with a 1:1 mix ratio. It offers excellent thermal conductivity (6 W/m.K) and is designed for efficient heat dissipation in electronic and automotive applications. The gel provides stress relief, shock damping, and long-term stability under thermal cycling up to 150°C. It cures at room temperature with an option for accelerated heat curing and is suitable for automated dispensing.
