Product Description

3M™ Scotch-Weld™ Low Odor Acrylic Adhesive DP8805NS Green is a high-performance, two-part acrylic adhesive that provides excellent shear, peel, and impact strength. This toughened adhesive improves adhesion to many plastics and metals, including slightly oily surfaces. It offers a fast strength build-up, reaching structural strength in minutes. The low odor and non-flammable characteristics make it suitable for manufacturing environments.

Key Features

  • Toughened for high performance
  • Excellent shear, peel, and impact strength
  • 10:1 mix ratio for controlled bond line thickness
  • Fast cure with heat application
  • Contains glass beads (0.010” diameter) to control bond line thickness

Recommended Applications

  • Bonding metals and plastics in structural applications
  • Assembly of products requiring quick handling strength
  • Applications where low odor is important
