1. Product Overview

HumiSeal® UV550 is a solvent-free, UV-curable elastomeric acrylate conformal coating designed for high flexibility and durability. It withstands at least 1000 cycles of thermal shock in areas with high thickness between adjacent components. The coating maintains stable surface insulation resistance (SIR) for over 1000 hours and can be cured using LED, Arc, or Microwave systems.
