Product Description

Everwide KA015-6 is a two-component acrylic-based adhesive that cures at room temperature without requiring special surface treatment. It demonstrates excellent adhesion strength to low-surface-energy materials such as polyamide (PA), polypropylene (PP), polyethylene (PE), and thermoplastic polyolefin (TPO). This adhesive can replace screws, rivets, plastic welding, and two-step bonding processes, making it ideal for structural applications.

Key Features

  • Strong adhesion to PP, PE, TPO, PA, and acrylic substrates
  • No surface pretreatment required for difficult-to-bond materials
  • Solvent-free formulation with low odor, meeting environmental safety standards
  • High thermal stability with excellent chemical and water resistance
  • Complies with 2011/65/EU RoHS and environmental regulations (chlorine < 900 ppm, bromine < 900 ppm, chlorine + bromine < 1500 ppm)

Recommended Applications

  • Bonding PP, PE, TPO, PA, and other plastics
  • Structural bonding applications requiring high durability
  • Replacement for screws, rivets, and plastic welding
