Product Description: Insulcast 3316 HFR-S is a fast-setting, low-viscosity, flame-retardant (UL 94 V-0) epoxy system designed for casting applications. When cured with Insulcure 383 Blue, it achieves room temperature cures in approximately 12 hours. This system offers a combination of excellent thermal conductivity, high peel strength, good thermal shock resistance, and cures to a smooth, glossy surface. Additionally, Insulcast 3316 HFR-S can function as an adhesive, setting in thin films in about 2 hours.
