Jowatherm-Reaktant® 604.25 is a high-performance polyurethane (PUR) hot melt adhesive specifically designed for window profile wrapping. It offers high initial strength and excellent adhesion to a broad range of materials, particularly PVC and aluminum.
This adhesive is typically used in combination with Jowat® Primer 406.84, a VOC-reduced, NEP-free primer, ensuring optimal surface preparation and superior bonding performance. Both the adhesive and primer contain UV tracers, allowing for inline quality control during the application process.
