SYLGARD™ Q3-3600 is a two-part, thermally conductive silicone encapsulant with a 1:1 mix ratio. It is highly flowable, self-leveling, and offers versatile heat curing with a long working time at room temperature. The encapsulant provides efficient thermal management by conducting heat away from electronic components while offering a UL 94 V-1 flammability rating.
