SYLGARD™ 1-4128 Conformal Coating is a two-part, solvent-free, medium viscosity silicone coating that is heat curable. It is designed for fast, low-temperature curing and provides a flexible, moisture-resistant barrier with excellent adhesion to a wide variety of electronic components, especially those using low-solids (no-clean) and no-lead solder flux residues. This product is ideal for moderate to high production throughput and is suitable for applications requiring longer storage or shipping time.
