Product Description

Plexus® MA330 is a two-part methacrylate adhesive designed for structural bonding of thermoplastics, metals, and composite assemblies. It has a 1:1 mix ratio by volume, a work life of 15 to 18 minutes, and reaches approximately 75% of ultimate strength in 30 to 45 minutes at 74°F (23°C). The product is supplied in ready-to-use cartridges and bulk packaging and dispenses as a non-sagging gel.

Key Features

  • Medium Cure Speed: Achieves handling strength in approximately 30-45 minutes.
  • High Strength & Stiffness: Provides high cohesive strength and durability.
  • Wide Material Compatibility: Bonds aluminum, stainless steel, ABS, acrylic, PVC, fiberglass, and more.
  • Minimal Surface Preparation: Bonds many materials without extensive surface prep.
  • Excellent Impact Resistance: Durable under dynamic loads.

Recommended Applications

  • Transportation: Bonding composite and metal components in automotive, marine, and aerospace.
  • Construction: Structural bonding of composite and thermoplastic panels.
  • Industrial Equipment: Bonding metals and plastics in general manufacturing.
