RTV102 is a one-component, ready-to-use, high-performance silicone adhesive sealant that cures at room temperature upon exposure to atmospheric moisture. It forms a tough, flexible, and durable silicone rubber with excellent adhesion to various substrates. RTV102 provides superior weather, ozone, and chemical resistance, along with excellent electrical insulation properties.
This product is designed for general-purpose bonding, sealing, gasketing, and electrical insulation applications. It adheres well to metals, glass, ceramics, silicone rubber, and some plastics without the need for a primer. The curing process releases acetic acid vapors, which dissipate after full cure.
RTV102 is ideal for industrial, electronic, automotive, and aerospace applications, requiring a reliable and long-lasting seal.
