SS4155 is a general-purpose, one-component primer designed to promote adhesion between Momentive RTV silicone rubber compounds and non-silicone surfaces (e.g., metals, plastics, ceramics). It’s especially recommended for use with RTV615, RTV655, and other two-component RTVs when bonding is needed.
This primer is blue in color, which makes it easy to visually confirm uniform application. It dries at room temperature and forms a thin film that enhances bonding performance without the need for mixing or complicated application steps.
