LOCTITE ECCOBOND EO1016 is a one-component, heat-curing epoxy encapsulant designed for ICs, transistors, and semiconductor applications. It offers excellent shelf stability, fast curing, and flame resistance (UL 94 V-0). The cured material withstands severe thermal shock and operates continuously at temperatures up to 177°C.
