1. Product Overview
DOWSIL™ EA-4900 White RTV Adhesive is a one-part, white, non-flowing, room-temperature vulcanizing (RTV) adhesive. It features a fast tack-free time and does not require mixing. The adhesive is composed of a polydimethylsiloxane with an alkoxy cure system and has a UL 94 V-0 flammability rating.
2. Applications
This adhesive is suitable for sealing equipment and modules on circuit boards. It provides durable adhesion to various substrates, including metals, ceramics, and glass, making it ideal for electronic assembly applications.
