Everwide JA447-6 is a non-reactive, high-viscosity silicone-based thermally conductive grease. Unlike traditional adhesives, it does not undergo a curing reaction, allowing easy rework and removal. The grease remains stable over long periods without drying out, providing excellent electrical insulation and thermal conductivity. It is widely used for heat dissipation in electronic components, including flip chips, BGA, diodes, power switches, transistors, and silicone-controlled rectifiers.
