Product Description

Everwide GA024 is a UV-curable adhesive designed for glass bonding applications where water resistance and high transparency are required. Unlike traditional photo-curing adhesives that yellow under heat exposure, GA024 remains transparent and stable even after long-term environmental testing. This adhesive provides excellent toughness, adhesion strength, and thermal shock resistance, ensuring durability in high-humidity and heat-exposed conditions. It withstands 80°C hot water immersion for 2 months and 25°C water immersion for at least 2 years without cohesive failure.

Key Features

  • Fast curing under UV light (365 nm, 436 nm)
  • Excellent water resistance for long-term durability
  • High toughness, shock resistance, and thermal shock resistance
  • Stable under high temperatures and does not yellow
  • Complies with 2011/65/EU RoHS regulations

Recommended Applications

  • Glass bonding applications requiring water resistance
  • Optical and industrial glass component bonding
  • Applications exposed to humidity and moisture
