Product Description:

Devcon® Tru-Bond™ UB 3000 is a UV/Visible light-curable adhesive designed to bond rigid substrates to flexible substrates. It creates tough, durable bonds between materials such as glass, metals, ceramics, and various plastics, including ABS, polycarbonate, PET, PETG, flexible vinyl, urethanes, acrylics, and epoxy. The adhesive maintains optical clarity and withstands thermal and humidity cycling. It can cure through many translucent substrates and UV-blocked plastics.

Key Features:

  • Versatile Bonding: Effectively joins a wide range of materials, including difficult-to-bond plastics.
  • Optical Clarity: Maintains clarity, making it suitable for applications where appearance is critical.
  • Durable Bonds: Resistant to thermal and humidity cycling, ensuring long-lasting performance.
  • Flexible Curing: Capable of curing through UV-blocked and translucent substrates.
  • Solvent-Free Composition: Environmentally friendly with low VOC content.

Recommended Applications:

  • Plastic Assembly: Ideal for bonding various plastic components in manufacturing and assembly processes.
  • Signs and Displays: Suitable for assembling signage and display units where strong adhesion and clarity are essential.
  • Automotive Interiors: Used in bonding interior components that require durable adhesion under varying temperatures.
  • Electronics: Applicable in securing components within electronic devices, ensuring reliable performance.
