CONAP® CE-1170 Acrylic Conformal Coating
CONAP® CE-1170 is a solvent‐based, single‐component, fast‐curing acrylic resin solution designed to serve as a conformal coating. It provides an excellent electrical and moisture barrier for thin film applications on electronic components and printed circuit boards. The coating is halogen‑free, UL94 V‑0 listed, QPL listed for MIL‑I‑46058C (Type AR), and IPC‑CC‑830B qualified. It features excellent hydrolytic stability, flexibility, and adhesion to substrates such as phenolic and epoxy‑glass laminates, with a tracer dye added to aid inspection under UV light.
