Born2Bond™ UV EE 3610 is a one-component, epoxy-based UV-curing encapsulant and adhesive. It cures quickly under UVA light to form a hard, resilient polymer with excellent internal flexibility. This epoxy exhibits superior flow characteristics, low-stress curing, and strong adhesion to metals, plastics, glass, and ceramics. It is ideal for electronic component encapsulation and bonding transparent substrates.
