Single component room temperature curing elastic adhesive, is through the water in the air hydrolysis condensation reaction to release low molecules caused by crosslinking curing.
It has excellent cold and heat resistance, aging resistance and electrical insulation performance, excellent thermal conductivity bonding performance, high and low temperature resistance, non-expansion and good adhesion to most metal and non-metal materials, can play a sealing bonding role on electronic components and do not pollute the surrounding environment, completely in line with the EU ROHS directive requirements.
Neutral non-corrosive silicone:
1. Table drying time: 3 – 10 minutes.
2. Non-corrosive, suitable for metal, plastic and other materials, suitable for MIL-A 46146B corrosion test.
3. Withstand high temperature and resist low temperature: from -60℃ to 200℃.
4. Support most performance decomposition; high bonding strength, good weather resistance.
5. Excellent weathering resistance, ozone, resistance to chemicals.
