Product Description

3M™ Hot Melt Adhesive 3792LM is a 100% solids, thermoplastic adhesive that becomes fluid when heated, allowing it to quickly wet bonding surfaces. It cools, hardens, and reaches bond strength in seconds, eliminating the need for clamps, fixturing, and drying time. The Low Melt (LM) formulation enables lower temperature application, making it ideal for heat-sensitive substrates such as coated papers, foams, plastics, and lightweight materials.

Key Features

  • 100% Solids Composition: No VOCs, environmentally friendly.
  • Low Melt Temperature: Allows for safer application on heat-sensitive materials.
  • Long Open Time: Provides ease of use on large assemblies and broad surfaces.
  • Fast Setting: Quickly gains bond strength, eliminating the need for clamps.
  • Ideal for Woodworking & Industrial Applications.

Recommended Applications

  • Coated Paper & Packaging Applications
  • Woodworking and Furniture Assembly
  • Bonding Plastics, Foam, and Sand Cores
  • General Industrial Bonding & Sealing
