Product Description

Everwide GA006 is a UV-curable adhesive designed for glass bonding applications where water resistance is required. Unlike general photo-curing adhesives that may yellow under heat exposure, this adhesive remains transparent and stable even after long-term environmental testing. It provides high adhesion strength, toughness, and thermal shock resistance, ensuring durability in demanding conditions. The cured adhesive does not degrade when immersed in 80°C hot water for 2 months or in 25°C water for at least 2 years, making it a reliable choice for applications exposed to moisture.

Key Features

  • Fast curing under UV light (365 nm, 436 nm)
  • Excellent water resistance for long-term durability
  • High toughness, shock resistance, and thermal shock resistance
  • Remains transparent and does not yellow under heat exposure
  • Complies with 2011/65/EU RoHS regulations

Recommended Applications

  • Glass bonding applications requiring water resistance
  • Optical and industrial glass component bonding
  • Applications exposed to humidity and moisture
