1. Product Overview

DOWSIL™ SE 9160 is a one-part, bluish, reparable, hybrid-curable sealing adhesive designed for PCB module assembly. It features UV cure with secondary moisture cure, offering water and dust-proof sealing, good reliability, and easy reparability.

2. Applications

Sealing air gaps or holes against water and contaminants in small-to-medium devices (e.g., mobile, tablet, and display applications).
Designed to seal gaps between LCD/OLED panels and plastic cover frames.
Used in mobile module and display module assembly.
Serves as a reparable protective sealing material (e.g., gaskets, masking tapes).
