InvisiSil IVSD3208 is a one-component, high-viscosity, heat-curable white silicone designed for dam applications in multichip LED modules (Chip On Board – COB LED). It offers fast heat curing and primerless adhesion to a variety of substrates. The product features excellent thixotropic consistency, making it suitable for precise application in industrial and electronic assembly.
