SilFORT™ UVHC3000K is a UV-curable, silica-modified hard coat designed for optimal weathering, chemical, and abrasion protection on polycarbonate and other plastic substrates (PMMA, SAN, etc.). It is specially formulated for vehicle headlamps and other optical parts where high durability and clarity are required.
This single-component lacquer uses a mild glycol-ether solvent, making it compatible with chemically sensitive plastics.
