Loctite® 406™ is a low-viscosity, ethyl cyanoacrylate adhesive designed for bonding plastics and elastomeric materials, offering very fast fixturing. It is a one-part adhesive that cures with humidity and is qualified under Commercial Item Description A-A-3097.
