Devcon® 5 Minute® Epoxy Gel is a thixotropic, non-migrating gel adhesive designed for bonding metal, ceramic, wood, and vertical surfaces where gap-filling is needed. It provides excellent gap-filling properties, making it ideal for structural bonding applications.
With a 1:1 mix ratio, this epoxy has a working time of 4 – 7 minutes at 72°F (23°C) and reaches functional cure in 1.5 hours, achieving full cure in 48 hours.
This adhesive delivers high strength, good solvent resistance, and impact resistance, making it suitable for demanding industrial applications.
