Plexus® MA1025 is a two-part methacrylate adhesive designed for structural bonding of thermoplastics, metals, and composite assemblies. It is formulated with a 10:1 mix ratio, a working time of 18 to 22 minutes, and reaches 75% of ultimate strength in 50 to 55 minutes at 74°F (23°C).
This adhesive is a breakthrough in methacrylate adhesive technology, offering very low cure shrinkage and very low odor while maintaining high strength, excellent fatigue endurance, and superior toughness.
MA1025 is blue when mixed and is supplied in ready-to-use cartridges, pails, or drums. It dispenses as a non-sagging gel.
