Product Description

3M™ Scotch-Weld™ Epoxy Adhesive DP420 Black is a high-performance, two-part epoxy adhesive offering excellent shear and peel adhesion, and very high levels of durability. It is designed for bonding a variety of substrates, including metals, ceramics, wood, and many plastics. This adhesive provides a 20-minute work life, allowing ample time for positioning and adjustment. It reaches handling strength in approximately two hours and is fully cured in 24 hours at 72°F (22°C). DP420 Black maintains bond strength at high and low temperatures and can withstand paint bake operations up to 400°F (204°C) for 60 minutes.
