Product Description

Plexus® MA830 is a two-part methacrylate adhesive designed for structural bonding of metals without primers. It also excels in bonding thermoplastics and composite assemblies with little or no surface preparation. Combined at a 10:1 mix ratio, MA830 has a working time of 4 to 6 minutes and achieves approximately 75% of its ultimate strength in 15 to 20 minutes at 74°F (23°C).

This product offers high strength, excellent fatigue endurance, outstanding impact resistance, and superior toughness. MA830 is supplied in ready-to-use cartridges, pails, or drums and dispenses as a non-sagging gel.
