Unlike traditional polyurethane systems containing isocyanates, 3320-80 offers a non-tin catalyst formulation compliant with environmental regulations (RoHS 2011/65/EU). It provides enhanced adhesion strength compared to conventional silicone adhesives, making it particularly suitable for demanding applications in the 3C (electronics) industry.
