Product Description

Plexus® MA320 is a two-part methacrylate adhesive designed for structural bonding of thermoplastics, metals, and composite assemblies. It has a 10:1 mix ratio by volume, a work life of 8 to 13 minutes, and reaches handling strength (500 psi) in 21 to 35 minutes at 75°F (23.9°C). The product is supplied in ready-to-use cartridges and bulk packaging and dispenses as a non-sagging gel.

Key Features

  • Medium Cure Speed: Achieves handling strength in approximately 21-35 minutes.
  • High Strength & Toughness: Strong bonds on metals, composites, and thermoplastics.
  • Wide Material Compatibility: Bonds aluminum, stainless steel, ABS, acrylic, PVC, fiberglass, and more.
  • Minimal Surface Preparation: Bonds many materials without extensive surface prep.
  • Excellent Impact Resistance: Durable under dynamic loads.

Recommended Applications

  • Transportation: Bonding composite and metal components in automotive, marine, and aerospace.
  • Construction: Structural bonding of composite and thermoplastic panels.
  • Industrial Equipment: Bonding metals and plastics in general manufacturing.
  • Sporting Goods: Used in assembly of lightweight and impact-resistant components.
