(English: Wevo is launching a new product to expand its portfolio of thermal interface materials (TIMs): WEVOSIL 26040 FL is perfectly matched to the thermal management requirements of today’s electronic and electrotechnical components used in power electronics and battery technologies. To this end, the gap filler offers, among other properties, a high level of thermal conductivity of 4 W/m*K and a very low bond line thickness (<70 µm)).
